We had booked a consignment from Bangalore to Sandila, near Lucknow. The material was booked from Bangalore on the 15th October, reached Lucknow on the 23rd October and the material sat in the Godown until 28th October when I'm writing this review. The reason was that the Door Delivery charges charges by the Bangalore Office was lower and they comfortably kept the material without delivering. The office neevr responds to phone calls. It's terrible.

Rude staff.they don't know how to act professionally. No receipt for the cancelation provided Less money returned in exchange of cancelation without giving any reason I won't be using their services again.

Staffs are not satisfied...... At lucknow branch their is not much staffs due to shortage of staffs on working staffs facing problem in their work.... The branch manager is working from 7 am to 12 pm and hid salary is only 18,000... And from 80,000 he is only getting 15,000 aur 16,000 per month.. I request to company firstly you satisfy your employees.. when your employees will satisfy Then they will provide better service to their customers....

They will take ₹ 50 as a miscellaneous and they don't provide labour to bring parcel from inside of godown to outside. If we ask labour for help they ask money.
