I given one star rating, because less than that is not there. Worst and third class post office, I seen in my experience. All attending staff of the post office are very irresponsible and take casually of all the public work. The staff who was seated for attending the public was not able to know the procedure of transfer to SSY account. I given my SSY account for transfer from other place to Kanchili on Mar 2021 after 6 months today 07 Sep 2021 they return the book and telling that account freezed. I dont know how, however my last transition done on 09 Feb 21. One thing I want to ask now a days everything is Online, so why appox 6 months taken for this process. At the same time one Saving account I given to Vizag branch for transfer from other branch to Vizag, they did that in a week. I think vizag post office staff have some extra knowledge/traning about work. They did well. I don't know how the Kanchili post office employees are working. This kind of behaviour they react, so what about the village people. God will help of those village peoples for there day to day work at Kanchili post office. I know post office is Govt office, so employees are did accordingly and local people also know that Govt office work procedure, that is common in most of the places. I request to Post office Senior officers to come and visit the post office/ there staff and check the public difficulties. Atleast teach the basic procedure of post office like transfer of account etc and tell them to dont think and make fool to the village people. I
