Hi all...I didn't have any interest to give this 1 star rating also to this DTDC,repalle branch. Just bcoz of, to write my review, I gave them 1 star rating.I have 15 years of experience with DTDC. In every state, this service is very good.but here,I faced,it is the worst worst worst worst worst service.the lady in this office,she don't know how to behave with the people.she z very recklace, politeless,& have irrespectable attitude. Without intimating me, she returned my courier.when I asked her politely about this, she z arguing me with rash voice that "it z DTDC company rule, if we dont take our courier from their doorstep within 3 days". Pls tell me,is this correct? without informing me to return my order,that too,when I was in outstation. Even u can cross check her arrogant attitude towards people in " reviews " response from "DTDC (owner)." I only request you DTDC, pls treat the people politely. If u don't change ur harsh & rash attitude, ur business will not succeed.
