I have been using their postal services regularly for the last one year, they are very cooperative unlike other post offices. Whenever I face any issue with my parcel they try to solve it over the phone which saves a lot of time, the employees advices on the area which we are not aware of i.e how to improve the packaging, how to write the address perfectly. Would suggest to go there when you have time as the waiting line is mostly long, but they get the work done effectively and at very affordable rates.

And may more schemes are formed by government for girl child name Sukanya yojana and also for senior citizens . Worst service, rude staff always trying to find reasons how to not help costumer, never answer the phone call which provided by India post website . Seems like all staff here just coming for picnic and if any costumers asking for any services feel very disappointed. Printers not working, post office agents all the time siting in post office Evan if anyone want financial service without agent staff refuses ( I believe staff getting percentage of commissions)

Giving it 3 stars only for the lady staff members because this place dosent even deserve 1 star. The lady helped me out with my parcel which was on hold and missing. The postman was so rude like if he was a VIP and shouldn't be disturbed. He Didn't answered or speak properly to me. He and another post man looked drunk so i waited for another staff member to come. The lady staff there immediately helped me out with my query and provided the information about my parcel which was onhold and was missing. The postman then started talking politely in front of the staff. The parcel was very important and i got it with the help of the mam there handling the inward and outwrrd of the parcels. I cant thank enough of both the staff ladys for helping me out.

Went today to update aadhar details, no one was there in the seats to assist , also they sent me back by saying come by 10:30 am for aadhar related work and only 20 application one day and one detail can be updated at a time. Extremely bad experience, same thing done on private bank in 20 minutes that too they updated 3 details at 2 pm around.

This is a local Head Post office in BHEL. Speed post services are also available besides India Post ATM within the same premise. MIS, Sr. Citizen Saving Schemes are the main saving schemes besides other regular schemes operated in this P.O. Speed Post facility is available upto 3 PM. It opens at 10.30 am. This post office tenders very good services to the customers and all the Staff is very cooperative, specially front line gentle Staff.
