I have been here for sending a parcel to one of my friend in Andhra. The parcel contains 2 wristwatches of very less weight. They changed Rs 10 for cover and 180Rs as parcel charges. It’s my first time sending via DTDC. I don’t know how others charging.

The service is unprofessional. They collect money and then cheat you. The courier recipient must collect the parcel from their office. Phone calls are not answered properly. Very rude and irresponsible. In your own interest and peace of mind it is better to choose another courier company.

I called this office since I live in Yadavagiri thinking yadavagiri was the closest to their Gokulam office. The guy was extremely rude while informing me that Yadavagiri comes under Kuvempunagar, and cut the phone when I asked him why he was being so rude. How am I supposed to know under which DTDC office my locality falls? Ridiculous.

We selected this franchise , bcz it's dtdc. Called and told him the time we r cmg bcz of lock down. Very prompt service. Our family doctor was in hospital, we wanted to help by sending ready to eat food. We packed everything well and kept the only one bottle straight. But the puliyogare gojju kept in plastic bottle was completely damaged. Felt bad. Called Mr Rajesh but he is yet to reply

They are professional theif.They don't reply to the customer and the staffs are like uneducated people .when you ask where is my courier they don't response and even their manager less than staffs.They established heal not office and they will burn the money and time and everything of the people.If I was in Mysore definitely I was going to this office with police..still I didn't get any news that where is my courier and my important document...even customer service as same as this office ...if you want to donate your money you can use this office and DTDC POST.
