Poor service. Not ready to deliver to even nearby places. Insisted on collecting from their office inspite of sharing the location details. They refused to deliver giving the lame excuse that it doesn't fall under their pincode, even though the distance was less than 4 km. All other courier services deliver to the same location without any problem. But, these guys have some special demand that pincode should be as same as that of their office! Inspite of informing that only old people are at home, they insisted on collecting from their office. So, my aged father had to go and collect it, during this COVID times!!! Edit after the reply from owner: Better don't call it a courier service if you consider 4km as a long distance. Why should the recipient suffer because of such arbitrary pincode restrictions? If that is the policy, DTDC shouldn't have accepted the courier from the sender in the first place.
