1. India shifted to 5G but still this post office can't accept online payment. Even after money gets deducted from account it doesn't reflect in their advanced system, and you have to pay again through cash if you want your work to be done. Also the deducted money never comes back to your wallet, to receive that money you need to again visit the PO with hope that they return the money. 2. No proper signage at counters which could facilitate the users. P.S : Don't dare to ask the the Postmaster else they will clearly state that this is not their duty to tell you where your work can be done. No wonder why privatisation is much needed step in this country!!! Because it's the Government Officials who can never have a progressive attitude.
