Worst experience ever. I booked my courier on 19th August. Even after mentioning that it's an emergency and the parcel needs to be delivered as soon as possible, I had to wait for 5 days for the package to get delivered from Tirupattur to Bangalore. No proper tracking was available on the site. I would have called around so many times to get the proper update. On the day of delivery, tracking page showed the date of booking as 23rd August whereas the original date was 19th Aug! Worst customer service experience!
