I have ordered from Faces Canada and my 1st time delivery was on 15/10/22 and I also got OTP at that time and I was their at my place still you gave false reason for not delivering that "Customer was not available at the time of delivery" How can you give such false reasons.. And I also got OTP for reschedule order 2nd time my delivery date was 16/10/22 your delivery boy came and telling No. he is dialling is going to another person and OTP is also not received.. How come it is possible to get OTP at 1st and not at second time.. you are doing it purposely... I don't know I want my parcel..

Still didn't received the courier it has been 10 days and status is showing it has delivered but i didn't received yet, they have been given courier to wrong person, how come they do this as i have otp for delivery guy, but then to they have given the delivery some other person without otp, and in status it is showing that they have given delivery to me, how come i receive the courier,, so worst experience with the courier services, let see how much more to wait
