worst courier service. worst employees. Delivery Assistants will not come to the customers. They didn't even inform the customers. They will directly mark that order has delivered. If customers go and ask then they will give the product. And if we will ask about the same. They will answer like this "DTDC will work like this only.

I don't have any words reg service of Dtdc not only this and dtdc customer care , call center , whole company is frud people , not responsible , worst service , govt service 100% better then this... cheating customers ... Instead of this shut down the service .. Pls pls don't use dtdc...search alternative ..
