Firstly their number is not reachable. I unloaded the goods from the vehicle and went for booking there was no labour to weigh the parcel and I had to wait for more than an hour. Then i myself had to take the goods to the weighing place. There were other labourers but none came for help. Later once the weighing was done the booking person went somewhere for around 40 mins. Go for daily bus transports they are very much responsible and prompt these people. If you have 1 - 2 hour free time then go book Also delivery is very slow my parcel was delivered after 6 days.

Senior staff here are not very helpful. If your parcel is not packed properly, then the workers their will charge you for packing. And they charge enormous amount. And without package VRL official won't accept your parcel. If you want to parcel domestic items, they charge your more telling they accept only industrial packages, even after we had told them it's domestic items before going there. And they won't even specific proper rates for your parcel, they just charge you for how much ever they feel.

India's worst VRL in hoodi.. 1. A old man take's controls here. He only know Kannada. He think all Indian language is kannada.. 2- Minimum 2 hours waiting.. Like 20 years old indian stem.. 3-Staff behavior very bad.. Everything is very poor service.. We are quite deals here...

Extremely poor service. They don’t answer calls. When they do, they just give you drivers number to coordinate. Driver gives you another drivers number, so on and so forth. Zero ownership and accountability. Don’t understand how these folks continue to be in business.
