Not at all happy with the service. Person in office responded very rudely without any respect. Such people should be sacked or to be shifted to some other role. Even they had taken lot of time to identify my parcel.

Very bad services by the staff. charges for the parcel also wrong. i.e. I had parcelled 30 kg packet but they had charged for 50kg. After billing for 50 kg also they have charged extra with compare to bill

They are not taken the amount as per the LR copy.They have charged an extra amount of rupees 50/-.And they don't take my contact number while the material handover to me.This will seem to a chance to fraud.

The owners of the logistics are very good They are humble They'll offer a good service Though the place doesn't look so posh Their service is good
