Many people assume that DTDC will deliver in your door steps…in-fact we have to go hub and collect the package. They won’t deliver in your door steps even though they wont call you to collect the shipment at hub. You have to check your package tracking once it get out for delivery then you need to go and collect your order.

Worst service by Nidadavolu franchise... People in nidadavolu brach are rude and no respect for customer and also they dont deliver to home... They call us and ask us to puck from there place.. very disappointed and bad experience

Please don't choose this courier service if u choose this courier service compulsory u have to face problems.too much late delivery. Plz choose india Post that is so much better. they talk arrogently with the customers infact 0 rating is better for this service. they don't have responsibility regarding shippment they post wrong status in traking even though we are in house they update status like room locked. We self went to courier office and collect the shippment.

I could have given 0 stars if there is such option.The staff at this dtdc doesn't send the couriers out of the office but marks the tracking as out for delivery. Then they just simply mark as delivery attempted but failed due to incorrect address. They want the customer come to their office and pick up their parcel which is a professional flaw by them. These people are lazy enough to send your courier in time. Better stay away from this service.
