Don't ever use their service and don't trust them at all. Worst experience ever. I have booked two couriers with them while booking I have asked them that will it be delivered soon as the courier is containing prasadam . They promised me that the courier will reach by 2-3 days . It's been more than 10days still the courier didn't reach the place. While tracking I'm getting as "booked at the facility" I have asked them and they are not at all responding. And the other courier reached by 5days and its completely eaten by rats . Complianed to customer service they never respond us to in polite way. They charged 200/- for two couriers waste of money . And still don't know where my courier was. Worst service of dtdc. Never recommend to any one.
