Not trained staff. Inspite of having printer they would make you run to town for single sheet print for mandatory invoice for item booking. (instead they could charge for print). Young staff member is always harassing old staff member infront of customers. Young staff member keeps on telling everyone tht their volumes are huge and hence they cannot help customers due to lack of time.
