Jaigurudev. Your DTDC service isn't good as my experience, I give a cover from Bhimavaram to Hyderabad on 13th Oct, it reach your Nagole branch (Hyd) on 15th Oct, but it delivered on 21st Oct, with so much pressure through Phone then delivered. Is it good service?

Counter lady asks us to go and get the parcel from here or there, ideally it should be delivered to home as paid, instead of being sorry and asking the delivery associate, she is asking customer to go and pick. This happened in December and January (now)as well. Please report to higher ups in DTDC, these days service degraded at bhimavaram DTDC

Good delivery services from DTDC, very quick and accurate, I have been there many times and sent various things and valuable stuff all are properly delivered. Normal delivery costs 150/- where as speed costs 350/- but both will deliver less than 2 days. Counter working people are also very polite and decent.
