Courier service is very bad. Even if they don't have service at your location, they don't even contact you, their courier service is so bad. And if you go to Dhulagar, you can't find their branch. There is no network in such places. Very bad condition.

Most disgusting service I have ever seen. Taking delivery from dhulagori office which is 10 km away from my home. DTDC courier dhulagori is just mockery of courier service. They told me that 'we took products for delivery as per pin code but at the time of delivery they told you we are not delivered there.' they're making fool their customer.
