One of the best value for money Hotel in Pachmadhi. Room size, food are amazing. Hospitality, room services are near to perfect. But one of the best thing is the honesty behaviour, and humbleness of property owner. It's very hard to find such qualities in a person nowadays.

Rooms were clean and big than average hotel room size. Attached balcony gives a good view. Ventilation is really good there. You don't need AC there. Staff was really helpful

Thinking to stay at "SPOT ON 67050 Pachmarhi Hills" ? Just one word " Don't "- It will be a Blunder ! Before putting in such a strong statement, let me share my experience/harassment/disturbance , whatever you want to refer it. A group of few school friends decided to have a get together after 5 years : Now what do you expect ? --> Late night Talks of course, as you have a lot of catching up to do right ? Kindly be informed, that you are not allowed to talk at night {inside your room} after 11 PM, as per information we got from staff during our stay. --> Alcohol : In the era of couple friendly hotels, even Alcohol is "No" here .I still respect that, it is up to the individuals/owner, what they want to allow in their premises and what not. However, Isn't it strange they didn't mention in hotel policy ? In fact, I gave the feedback to the guy to review the hotel policy to reflect the same booking portal , to save other alcoholic customers from disappointment. --> Water : We asked for a water bottle at midnight. The response we got was super unreasonable, the guy just responded casually "Itni raat me paani waani nahi milega" ! Wow. To be honest , I won't be writing this feedback if this wouldn't have happened. Other guy was cooperative but denying water can't be compensated -( -( Intervention : Too much intervention , I mean way too much. They kept on poking around. Sir when will you sleep ? you are disturbing others and all ? No one wants to disturb other guests. As soon as, we got to know we spoke to other guest seeking their feedback that would it be fine if we continue here {campfire} for a while ? they didn't have any problem. Their response was "Chill bro". We are good. Now Something good about the Hotel : Location is good , the rooms are spacious and clean. Although they don't have the restaurant, they assist you in getting the orders served at the door. Price is reasonable. But what matters is experience. That disturbance by hotel personal in the middle of old talk was mood turnoff. We don't know when we guys will catch up again. Gone are the days when one can be arbitrary about guest experience. This is era of digital footprint, where people do read reviews before proceeding with reservation. I booked the hotel based on positive {17 reviews}. To whomsoever it may concern, . If you are here before making reservation. Please take this review into consideration =) I hope this feedback will be honored by Hotel staff to avoid the same in future =). And I am sure you guys will work towards improvement, wish you guys all the best.
