Worst courier service of palampur....they never deliever any order even they do not call or message to inform about the package...its been 2-3 times i had to collect package by myself... So courier service is just for name...today also i collected the package at their spot and the package was with them since 3 days they didnt even bother to inform about the package instead they show at the end that the customer refused for delivery...this kind of behaviour was not expected from blue dart.....i doubt all the positive reviews about them

I was positively impressed by the customer service rendered by Palampur branch of Blue Dart. I shipped an urgent courier to Delhi with strict timelines for delivery. The staff went out of their way to first inquire the timelines and feasibility, and later followed up on almost hourly basis with their Delhi counterparts to ensure timely delivery and keep me updated.

Best service doing by palampur Blue Dart and speacialy his behaviour with customer are amazing also delivery reached on timed at dest we booked 1 shipment from delhi and it has delivered to palampur with only 1 day means only 18 hour taken for this delivery also he clearifed the process in between process of shipmemt from dest to origin..so m giving 5 rating for Big Logistics company in india name knowed is Blue Dart and staff to works in field...
