Worst staff, for even small work, they will take 1 to 2 hours time, and they blame the server. Not user friendly, they feel like the superiors and treat users as slaves. Even though they are free, still they don't respond fast. Very Very slow post office. They don't give proper and correct information.

They are charging more for speed post, though tax is included in total amount(Rs 41.30 , 35 postal charge + 6.30 tax), since tax 6.30 is shown on the slip they are making fraud by adding 6.30 and making it as Rs 47.60 and charging 48 rupees rounded value. Same post I made from other post office where they charged 41.30 rupees only.
