Few things to keep in mind while going to this place : 1.Location is beside hotel keys elite 2.If it’s a passport/visa pickup you should be the person to go for pickup if it’s your own else you should carry a letter from the actual person that they have authorized you for pickup 3. Carry a xerox copy of your identity proof . I have submitted aadhar. Just carry a pen as we need to sign it. I have read in some reviews that there wasn’t a pen. I personally haven’t faced it but just in case ;) Have a happy pickup :)

I personally experienced good customer service especially with the person who is sitting at the visa counter. Right from the navigation to the office till the collection of my passport, she has dealt very politely and patiently. I thank that lady staff more specifically because she has been dealing customers very professionally. Thank you so much once again.

1 . Wrong Location in Maps 2. The Lady over there asks for extra money ,we have gone there to take passports of my mom and dad she asked us to give 1500 instead of 1300 for 2 passports which we have received in premium.

Points to the wrong location. Not a service issue, rather maps pointing to the wrong location and me trying to find it for the past 20 minutes. The blue dart people are aware of the issue but not interested in fixing it at the moment. I guess this falls on google maps or the users as well. Would appreciate some level of ownership from the bluedart folks

GOOGLE MAPS LOCATION IS WRONG! Maps wouldn't let me post a correction either. Please search "Hotel Keys Elite". The Blue Dart Office is adjacent to it. If you're wanting to pickup your passport, please bring a hard copy/print out of your Adhaar Card and physical cash. No credit/debit card services and no photocopy/xerox booth.

Don’t deserve even the 1 ⭐️. The lady at the desk is very desperate to rip off our pockets. She asked me to pay 650/- to collect my passport and I gave 700/-. She conveniently took it into her counter and not ready to return the 50/-. She asks us to provide a photocopy of our ID like Aadhar and there’s no xerox store nearby. So I’ve to ride 2-3 kms again to bring the photocopy. Come on lady.. we’re in 2022 and you still need a physical photocopy of our ID. You can’t even provide a Pen to the customer for the signature and you’re ready to loot the change. Google map location is wrong and try to ask all the people around that place. Hope this review will help others to carry a photocopy of their ID along with exact change to avoid the looting.

You can expect the perfect unprofessionalism here at this Blue dart location. We have gone nearly 5KMs from our destination just to experience the worst behaviour of the staff towards the customer and we are not going back to Blue Dart period.

Be careful with the staff who is taking the money while collecting the passport. We had given the 2000 rupees but she was nicely dropped 1 note at the bottom of table and saying that we gave only 1500 rupees.It’s really cheating. Pay more attention when you are giving the money to them and don’t turn the face out while she’s calculating the money.

Went to pick up my passports. Pickup is fast and smooth. Carry the authorization letter and photo copy of id of passport holder and id of person picking up for smooth pickup. Had trouble finding the address initially as the address showing in maps is different than mentioned in ustraveldocs.
