Room was not in line with what is show on Oyo site.also when I confirmed hotel not to check in as the rooms are in very bad Condition, still they checked in to freeze my money. Still I did not use hotel Room. Now I am chasing oyo for refund and Oyo staff are very unprofessional and could not share any update except calling me and holding me on call for 30 mins and still no conclusion on refund. This has happened 3 times in weeks time. Hope this Feedback might wakeup Oyo management and refund my amenu. Also put proper governance and check to ensure minimam facilities for travellers using Oyo. For me as of now, I have blaclisted Oyo for my future travel, unless there is sense of professionalism towards customer service.
