Very worst experience, have booked courier from chennai to calicut ,they didn't deliver the parcel and me in person went and collected ,the parcel was torn and rat has eaten most of the eatable items and many products were damaged.pls dnt opt dtdc courier.

Don't prefer DTDC if you are near to locality. They not provide home delivery.... All the courier should go to the address mentioned on consignment. Please close your office if you are not providing home delivery.... home delivery is not your kindness it is must to do..... On courier service.....

Probably the worst DTDC franchise in Calicut....they don't do home delivery meaning you'll have to go and collect it from their office. And the reasons they say for not doing home delivery are so lame..I live about 2km from their office yet they say it's too far for home delivery...we pay to get it delivered home!
