I book this hotel from Agoda app via thi option Book now and pay at property , for 27-28jan , and they confirmed booking from my side twice. But when I reached at hotel they said our hotel is full and we can't take online bookings. Very trustless service by hotel and agoda

Actually we booked this room net rupees 523. Then here we came but the ower asking 700 last he agreed with 650.but we don't agreed this. This is too bad
