Worst service ever. Every time they deliver something one of the items in the package will be missing. If you complain, they keep telling that the sender might not have shipped it properly. When my friend sent 5 sarees from hyd, one of the saree that’s 36000/- saree went missing. Some thing is seriously wrong with the delivery guys that work there. No update or no help regarding my query. I’m fed of reaching to them. Do not use DTDC service specially in vizianagaram. People were very rude.

Below pic shows even bank cards cover are torn by the courier people. They charge high compared to other courier providers. Was asked 3000 to send laptop to hyd while their competitor was able to send for 500 only.
