BEWARE..WORST SERVICE. I booked my parcle,from Maharashtra, on date 13/07/2020 to Bangalore reciept no. is D93799505. From 16/07/2020 it is in Neelmangala Ware House in Bangalore.Till this date on 27th It is not delivered. In parcle it consist Pooja Sahitya ,which is very Emotional Issue. I always send my courier by TRACKON COURIER.This time I tried this DTDC and got FAILED. Evevn this FAMOUSE courior company dosen't got COSTMER CARE SUPPORT SYSTEEM. No any Mobile Numbers and Landlines are closed.Worst of Worst and Running on Fake Propaganda.

Poor service. We order online thinking that we can save some time as the product gets delivered to our home. But this DTDC what they do is they just give a miss call to customers and when they(customers) call back they give some or the other reason saying we waited for long time, come and collect the product from our office. If I had to collect the item/ product from their office what is the use of ordering it online and paying the shipping cost. I would rather prefer to buy the product from the shop instead of wasting my time in ordering It online and collecting from their office. Really poor service.

Phone number is fake. called them up regarding my courier received a reply saying its status is pending and i need to pay 2/- Rs and make a complaint to get the courier. They sent me a link i entered my pin for the payment and since then they have done illegal transaction of 90,000/- Rs from my account. since today is gandhi jayanti i cannot even complain to cyber police. Can somebody suggest anything?

Very very worst services, always in booking points at LUDHIANA, Delhi and all north area making idiot work, while booking they are showing in the first bill as By Air, but sending through by Road. when we try to track no one will answer, no responsibility with any of DTDC managements. DTDC is just making money without any services to customers. Number 1 worst courier in India.
