I have called them to send a Parcel on 14th December 2020. They said me "VRL Logistics is very Expensive. Kindly prefer ABT Parcel Service" I said there is no problem for me. Is there anything problem for them. They said no. Prefer some other parcel service and called off the call. After that, I have enquired on VRL customer care number. They said that branch closed before a year. Is it a good response for a Customer ?

Worst behaviour. I've already ask somebody in office workers I have planned to deliver to Bangaloru around 400kg parcel .thay said come we are agree. when I've come again with parcel this item huge quantity will not agree to parcel. Totally disappointed. Worst fellow cheap workers . Since now I will not book in vrl .
