Good place with a small place and nice service .But for the luggage weight of 100 grams..he asked me to buy the envelope from opposite grocery store. They would have kept the envelope for the amount that I paid would have been covered so that it would have been a satisfactory stuff.

Delivery not given to the address booked. We had to travel to the location in the town to collect. Bad and rude customer service. Paid around 2000Rs for Packing and transport. Money looting and cheating service. Location of the the Pick UP : Palakollu, West Godavari, AndhraPradesh. Won't recommend others and will discourage others from this service. There are other good services who deliver door delivery.

Worst ever service by palakollu branch. They never door deliver the parcels, they simply call n ask us to pick the parcel from ofc. It's better to ask Volvo bus drivers to take the parcels, they charge less n comes very quickly.

Team they will not provide door service.. I would never recommend dtdc in palakollu. If the order is received they are asking me to come to office and take the package.. Simply saying no door service.. What kind of service it is... Poor service I would never recommend .. Let me know whom to escalate this.
