Worst people to deal with. My entire day was spoilt Waiting for the delivery. First they update the status as "untraceable location" even if your house is a stone s throw away from their branch. then one guy will call asking for your location. then they will say that they ll come by 12 Pm. and you ll wait. but that s the last time you will get to speak with the delivery guy. Time will pass but they will neither turn up nor will answer your call.The delivery person will never answer your call even if you call him a 100 times. Because we are their mercy. Only responsible person in the branch is Stephen. Please give that guy some increment.
