Parcel reached with in the time internationally but when i gave them they said i will get receipt in whatsapp and in email. I have not got any of them. I was worried after one day i tried calling them and it went to wrong number. Due to my busy schedules i was not able to visit the place. Finally after 2.5 days when i verified in the app they initiated the work. Not sure why its kept doing nothing for 2.5 days. When you give anything ask them receipt and email on the spot.

Worst service ever. The cover which I sent is nt delivered but I got the msg that it was delivered successfully. I tried a lot to enquire about this issue through phone but there is no proper response. And I went to their office by 9am and I waited up to 11am on their working day but They didn't open dtdc center.They don't know responsibility and time punctuality.
