I think DHL should be advising the Indian government about how documents should be issued. And also telling the Indian Customs about documents to clear the goods. I just got ****wed out of Rs 14 k by DHL

Once I sent a photo frame via DHL Express. They charged me more than 1000rs for that. They said they would put it in the category of fragile product. But the photo frame reached to its destination in broken pieces and the glasses of the frame tore the photo. So i would give 1 star for their fake promise.
