They received the courier on 27th and didn't bother till 30th. When called they said nobody to deliver. As it was medicine I went there and collected on 1st of June! . India Post is 100 times better!!! Worst service ever experienced.

It was being shown that my parcel reached kaimanam by monday. When I called them on Wednesday 5 pm they said ofc is being closed and call on Thursday. When I called on Friday they are like it will be delivered only on sat. Pathetic service.

Very bad service. There office at kaimanam and they don't have door delivery @ karakkamandapam ( hardly 1km from there office ). Customer need to collect fron there office 😡😡.And they didn't even call customers once package reach there office.after waiting 10 days for one package,try to locate the courier and there app also failed to locate the current status. Never use Professional courier. Worst service and rude behavior from staff's. Not at all "Proffessional" anymore 😡😡

Professional courier with no professionalism. The product reached pappanamcode on Jan 12,2021. But they returned the parcel without informing me. The reason they mentioned was customer not reachable. I again reordered and was keenly watching the tracking. According to tracking the courier reached on 22 feb 2021 in Trivandrum. When I called thycaud branch they said it has been given to pappanamcode branch. On 25 Feb 2021 I called the pappanamcode office and they were saying that they haven't received any courier in my name. After an argument of 15 minutes they agreed and said they won't deliver any online order because they won't get any profit. And they asked me to not send any online parcel via professional courier. I went to pappanamcode office and collected the courier. Very very arrogant attitude of the male staff.
