At the time of police verification, "Annexure E" has to be notarized which costs Rs.200. And Photo copy:- Aadhaar, Voter ID, Driving License, PAN Card, 10th, Pass Book. 3 photos and 2 witnesses and copy of their Aadhaar will be taken.
