Terrible service and attitude. I went 5 times to send a courier. 3 times they said they are busy with something else and can't take a booking. 4th time they said they can't give change for 100 RS (bill amount was 55rs.). Better to go to DTDC on the opposite side of the road. The staff there get irritated when a customer walks in!?
