One of the worst courier services you can avail. They always stand up to their commitment of never delivering you a package on time. The package would be lying to your nearest Centre, but they are so committed that they will not deliver it before 2 weeks........If you want any package to be delivered , use any local service but don't use ecom as you will regret it.......They should simply shut down the company if they don't know the delivery process work .. You are supposed to deliver the package on / before time and not delay it for a week or 2.....

They don't call or inform. They just mark it as they can't deliver as address is not locatable. Then you have to find their office and pick your parcel from there. The office is located in berry Bagh on road.
