Would give 0 stars if I can. Utterly unprofessional service. Branch manager doesn't pick up calls and didn't deliver my package for 11 days, had to pick it up myself. Could see hoards of undelivered items in their office, meaning that lot of people are suffering from their inability to provide good service. Desk staff also not helpful and replied to non delivery as: We are not delivery men. Please avoid using their services.
