Worst courier service in the world, we have booked the parcel from rajajthan on 16th May, 2023 and 22 nd May, 2023 the parcel reached trichy and it's not delivered to me till now (6th June, 2023). Wheather the courier office is functioning or not? I am trying to contact many time but no one answering the call. Not even the courier service is eligible for 1 star. Rather than calling themselves as PROFESSIONAL... They can relabel as UNPROFESSIONAL... Takes more than 48 hours in activating a delivery especially with the state... Only after asking reason why there is such abnormal delay... Most importantly every day more customers are approaching on delivery issues.. (Do not know whether management have an eye on it or do they maintain any backlog record from customer complaints) When raised the question why it is not delivered on the concerned manager from other city end states could not locate the address (Even when pin code is there)

Irresponsible fellows. On the next day of booking they said tomorrow holiday and can’t deliver. After 3 days said the parcel gone somewhere else. Next day said driver carries it and can’t contact him. 5th day said there is no delivery staff so can’t deliver. Finally said they will try to deliver. If you want to deliver something on time please don’t rely them. You can’t tolerate their response. Finally my parcel I sent is “gone”…means no one can find it. It’s happened in Trichy.
