Yesterday I went to inquire about mis scheme and FD rates interst rates also to open joint savings account myself. They don't know updated interest rates. For opening joint account I asked to one sr. madam that she told pregnant woman/ladies r not eligible to open account. Present my daughter is 9 month pregnant. I try to know the postal website. No such rule is found. When ur staff doesn't know the a/c opening rules. Simply misguiding customer. Worst services , giving wrong information why such staff allowed in higher positions.. I face very awkward replies,.Arrogant answer from ur staff. I cannot blame all the staff. Only some ..

Worst service , I visited morning to receive cheque on Matured NSC Certificates . Since morning NSC responsible person saying manager will come just now he went outside , Is this the way to serve their job. Where did he went office hours .. Government should take action on this kind of people . Now its around 4PM. Its better to take any savings schemes in banks .
