They are very cheap and don't know how to talk to a customer. The name should be Unprofessional couriers. Never trust them. Specially Gajuwaka is worst.

One of the pathetic services. They don't open the business even if it is 11am and they don't answer properly aswell. Multiple numbers mentioned but no one is answering since 10.30am on any given day. I don't know what the hell they are busy with. Secondly, I don't understand why they don't want to deliver the package at home. They call and ask to come and collect and they donot even tell address clearly. We have to call n number of times to ask the details. And it is very tough to locate the business. Courier should be able to deliver the packages at door. Not a good experience. This is the 3rd time. Worst service Worst business

Their phone numbers are not reachable. They just receive the package and provide no update to the customer whatsoever. They just do not even deliver. Ultimately customers themselves have to search for their office and go pick it up from there! Pathetic service.
