Very worst service. Ecom express should be kept in blacklist.. The package was not delivered even after 15 days of promised date. Call center of Ecom always says, the product will be delivered in 24 to 48 hours, but it was never delivered... They always gives same information... I have never seen such a irresponsible, pathetic, worst service from kothavalasa DC.... I would recommend never use this service for any delivery...

Very Worst Service, from Past few days i'm Waiting for my Order eagerly and they are updating in the site customer is Un available and residence closed but still no one is called and no one is came to deliver the Product, and the Ecom Express Web site is also not Providing their Branch information and phone number to contact them. And even in the Text Msgs is also not Mentioning the Phone Numbers, if we called the customer care it will also asking PIN and if we enter PIN then call with ur registered mobile which i have using only number for all these booking. The AJIO is very bad for these worst Courier Service using.
