Worst Service Distributor said its a door step delivery but why can't ST couriers say your location is not under our limit even though its in limit we can't deliver your package at door step you have to come and pick it up at out office is it how ST courier make customer experience better ?

Bad quality company Sathyamangalam ST Courier . They only cause us continuous losses. Be careful not to call the contact number on delivery. If you don't get contact from other delivery companies, send a return after two days, but ST said that if you don't pick up the phone at the same time to buy the product, or even if you call it back if it is not reachable, there will be no response.

Very poor service, simply calling and asking customers to come and pick up the couriers in their office, they won’t deliver to you. Attitude of their staff is pathetic and simply saying if you are not coming we will return the courier back. I never seeing such a bad courier service like this. Even everything is coming to your door steps these days but ST courier won’t come and deliver it, you need to go to their office to pick your consignment.
