I have to get the package which is sent to me from origin location, the tracking id is not working and there is no clue about delivery, these people don't even have delivery personnel's to deliver the package to the persons home, it's completely waste of money to send the package through professional courier. Guys, I recommend you to use some Professional Courier service like DTDC, ST couriers etc.

They delivered my parcel to another person and didn't response when I asked them for 'parcel not yet received'. The person who opened the parcel found that there are only electronic components (not usable to him) then called me and handed over the tampered parcel when I went to his place to collect it. Very pathetic service. Since then I'm totally avoiding this TPC outlet and strongly suggest my relations/friends to select any other courier service to reach me
