Please be careful before having a deal with these guys. They have no contact number and no one would call you also. My product has not been delivered even after 4 days of it arriving at trivandrum. Their update says” could not deliver because of natural disaster. Fraudulent.

By reading all the reviews here and waiting for 4 days after the parcel reached Trivandrum, I went directly to the parcel center and found so many parcels wandering here and there without delivered. But surprisingly the staffs where ready to get the parcel from such a mess and they got the parcel within 10 minutes. To be precise better go directly and collect or leave.

I must say that this is a poorly managed delivery center. There are piles of packages and a few unprofessional staff. My package arrived at the center many days ago and I did not receive any call from them and the online tracking also did not work. After finding the address of the delivery center from customer care (dealing with them is another pain), I went directly and collected. When I asked them the reason for not doing a prompt delivery, they said shortage of manpower. The two "manpower", who I found there, were lying on the packages without any care. Now I know, why all the previous reviews about this place are bad. My suggestion is to go and get your package directly from them. They definitely will not deliver on time and don't have any contact number too. This delivery center is located at Vellayambalam, near Jawahar nagar (Take the road that goes opposite to the Reliance Digital).

0 star is what these guys deserve. Very pathetic courier service I have ever known. I got one of my parcels via this courier service. It reached the Trivandrum on 5th February and has not at all came to as till 10th..we went directly to the office to collect the parcel..But what we saw was a heap of parcels laying in ground here and there... They have no idea where the package was... They told that they will deliver the next day..And pathetically that didnt occur...When we call, they will cut the call.. Yesterday we again went there.. and their attitude was very rude enough... Finally we got the product.. I think their motive is how to not give parcels to customers.... This is the worst courier service ever and it should be rated 0 stars. They had never delivered the product to me even after shipping for 1.5 months and just returned it back to origin. I had specifically requested them to deliver it asap as it was a work related thing but due to delays in Trivandrum center they delayed it for 2 weeks. The customer support was 0% supportive. Please improve or its only going to get worse from now onwards.

Do not, i repeat, do NOT use their services. The customer service is absolutely worthless, providing no value addition to the customer. This particular service centre does not do deliveries. If you, by any chance got a parcel sent via ecomexpress, you better come here to collect the item yourself because they DO NOT DELIVER. If you enquire why the delivery was not attempted, they will give you some lame reason . When you collect the item, they assign it to a delivery agent, and will mark it as a successful delivery even though you yourself we t and collected it by hand. Oh, you should see how they handle the items . I saw a myntra package meant for some poor soul literally fly through the room when they were searching for my package. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND even to my enemies.

I am not available with pin to a toll free incorrect, which when called says the number registered is not correct all at the same time. Had to finally go and pick the parcel which was mismanaged stacked in a pile when the staff had already closed the shutter before time and had to treat them harsh just to get what i paid for. The book was crushed and the staff didn't even bother deliver it first hand.

I had ordered a mobile few days back and was already sceptical (after reading the reviews here) that it won’t be delivered. The day it reached TVM, I went to their office and as expected I was returned back saying they were yet to unpack the consignment received that day. Next day afternoon again I went to collect it, having no expectation of getting it delivered. Again I could see the mountain of undelivered parcels lying there and as expected had to return without getting the parcel. I thought of trying in the evening once, the same day. They were closing (7pm), but they recognised me by now and thought of trying to search it. While they were searching I became aware of two things: 1. There were around 34000 packages to be delivered 2. Due to lockdown there had been too much backlog but manning has reduced I went to the reviews again and found that at least 95% of the negative reviews are since March end (lockdown period). They were not rude, I found them helpless among the mountain of packages. It’s going to take a while for them to clear the huge backlog. And big shout out to Rajesh, Liju, Vishnu. They searched for more than an hour to locate the parcel and handover to me.

They even had the audacity to mark the order as attempted delivery twice. Kindly suggest people to cancel or reorder if the courier service is ECOM Express rather than wasting your time going back and forth with customer support.

Place order & forget about it (literally) - it will never get delivered Forced to give 1star since its the lowest possible. My order is 'out for delivery' for past 1 week (its already in the same city mind you) and its not been delivered yet. Since the item is out for delivery, I am unable to get the order cancelled & order on another platform either. Surprising that big brands are partnering with such irresponsible delivery partners! This might be problem with this specific franchisee as I can see from below reviews as well. The owner needs to do something about this or close the franchisee if they do not have manpower to get items delivered. From now on, if I happen to place an order directly on a website, I will definitely check who their delivery partner is. Such a waste of my time, trying to coordinate between these people.

Ecom courier company is not delivering the product property, they usually calls on Sundays and says they could only deliver the product on next working day, but they simply returns back to the senders and says that the customer havint accepted the parcel and had returned back the product, This is cheating. No body will assist further and not provided any customer care number, when we calls they only asks WB number as we got entry ,they says invalid WB number. so i had experienced bad service from this worst courier company in Thiruvananthapuram,kerala .

These guys are a joke!! The last 5star praising story review is most probably put up by their employees. Few days back only i complained about how bad their services and reviews are, after they insisted that its my seller’s fault why package has not arrived there despite the tracking status showing its out for delivery. Check out all their branch reviews throughout Kerala, even long before Covid the situation was the same.

My worst experience. 1.They never contacted. And There is no way to contact them too. 2. They updated status as "Shipment undelivered Shipment attempted - could not be delivered due to Heavy Rains/natural calamity". They day was very hot day(3rd sep 2020).And The delivery adress was just 500 meters away from Ecom devilry center. 3. Fortunately I was read the reviews posted here when the shipment was delayed a day without any reason. And I was collected directly from their centre. I am thinking about making a complaint against these courrier service @ consumer forum..

Negative Star Rating** Purchased a product worths Rs.1000 and now 3 weeks over, item is not received yet. The status is now delivered and I even didn't get a call from the delivery person. Reached customer care 4 times and they repeat same answer "our team will contact in 72 hrs". Since I felt that these guys are ignorant and irresponsible, I reached the product company and they told that they have requested for POD. A request for all, don't chose Ecom Express Courier. You won't get the prepaid product. If I won't get it, I will go with the legal way.

The worst delivery service ever. I have been eagerly waiting for a consignment, given the season, booked over Ajio but they did not even earnestly try delivering and just updated the system as 'Cant be delivered'. Sending a message to the headoffice also doesnt work. Takes the meaning of service to such a low level that I cant understand what they are offerring.
