Rude behaviour, no professionalism and no courtesy to customers. Unnecessarily they delay the delivery with silly reasons and bossy behaviour. No knowledge of address and landmark provided, worst service I have ever seen. They ask customer to come and collect parcel from their place, if they cant find the address !!! I have completely switched now to DTDC and India post for our business after suffering from this one office. No value to delivery time. No politeness in talking to customer.

Best courier service here. Even they book bus tickets train tickets for customers. The item couriered will reach quickly and safely. They have more facilities like fast courier to reach fast. Moreover they book tickets at any time. If you don't get anywhere you can contact them they will anyhow provide you a ticket at the last moment.

The worst courier office I have ever seen before. very rude attitude by courier representative. The courier representative act like his own business and office and behaving very rude with the customer on phone call . I have been commanded (instead for politely asking ) to collect the parcel at courier office over the phone call . And when I questioned him back saying why the hell we pay couriers charges 450 rupees just to come and collect our parcel at courier office ? that was sent from Bangalore , he just said we return your package unless you come to office and very next second he just disconnected the phone without giving a proper replay to a customer. And the Courier help line is also not available for anybody to raise any concern. Its been 1 week , my package still at the courier office it is neither delivered nor returned and yet no replay fro the courier office . What I observed is they just make people fool by saying we dont have service at your location.The Question is Why do they except/agree any parcel to delivery to our location when they dont have a service to that location ?
