The lady staff doesn't know how to be courteous and treat customers properly. She treats customers based on her mood. Somtimes she speaks normal but when she's got other work, she will pick it up on customers. I had an unpleasant experience which made me wonder if there is any rule that says a customer shouldn't go to send courier during so and so hours. If they are busy they can say that it may take time and ask the customer to either come later or ask them to wait politely. Rather the lady just yells on the face " I don't know what's so urgent for you. The courier will anyway be picked up late only" and goes on with her rant while I didn't even say anything. I was just waiting for her. The name is "Professional courier" but the staff is truly unprofessional.

Worst customer service. Professional courier should teach their staffs how to be professional while talking to customers. Please choose different branch if you want to use their service or go for different courier service.
