I have received my courier on Saturday (8th) morning 10am. When I called the answer is they will send on Monday (10th.) Why should we pay more for this people.

This is the worst courier service ever. They took 9900 for the parcel. They assured me that they would deliver to Australia in 10 days. It’s been 18 days and I haven’t received my parcel yet. pickles would have spoiled by this time. It’s waste of time and money. Update : it’s been one month. These people don’t have any ethics. When my brother went to their office they treated him very badly and told us to wait some more days and when he start asking about the details they start arguing with him. All the money and efforts of my family are useless. They are just stealing peoples money. I completely don’t recommend this courier service to anyone.

Need to call these courier Un-professional, Package to Hyderabad took 15 days and got wet in the rain. Also several packages still in transit after 14 days. Better improve your service.
