Useless service. Unprofessional and people with zero knowledge are employed. They won't give proper information. I had a question about the delay in the parcel which I was supposed to receive and the person who answered my call told me he didn't know why the parcel was sent to a different city from Pondicherry. They should change the name of their courier service as they are professional in no aspect. If possible, I would have given zero stars!
