Worst experience. This passport office should be close soon. People are coming from Punjab and Haryana also and they are saying that you should reschedule the date for Bareilly because they have no internet connection and even if they will be able to apply than client will receive their passport after 2-3 months. No proper sitting arrangement inside and people have to wait outside even weather is good or bad.
