Very poor in delivery. They call us to their office to collect the parcels. Or they take weeks to deliver. Many of the delivery agents wont come to your door steps but they stand in one place and call you there to collect the parcel. Sometimes my parcel returned to the senders by pinning the customer is out of contact or not at home like that. So dear Friends pls dont prefer this courier service. It is not only in Sriperumbadur it happens in Dindigul and Trichy too. Go for someother courier services.

Office mobile number switched off and delivery person not responding even I have tried 20 times . 2 days delayed service .. very worst service

Worst service, waited for one of the important package but they refused to deliver on time. Courier person not responding properly, as per the supervisor they will wait for the bunch of package to any service area due to their convenience (to avoid single delivery). This is stupid policy, what if no any other parcel to any particular area. There is no any general customer service number to escalate the issue, even if we raise any complaint there is no use. Try some other service providers.
