every thing is decent but they called me after 10 days and said they forgot to take my signature in few documents so asked me to go to Vijayawada office and give my signature , this is how they work. Since I cannot travel too long I opt nrt. Worst service. I am not getting proper response if I call them to know whom should I contact in Vijayawada .

I didn't face any issues here. Only one counter is there. Took 20minutes only to complete the entire process. People who are working here are very decent and good. They don't charge or take any money. Thank you❤️

The people in this office are very decent and good. But if you want your passport with in a month then you book your slot in Vijayawada RPO not in any POPSK. If you taken a slot in POPSK you must wait 45 to 60 days..
